Receta Italian Ricotta Cookies and a special giveaway announcement!

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb butter (2 sticks), softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract (I used pure lemon juice and the zest of 1/2 lemon as I had no lemon extract)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 container Ricotta Cheese (15 oz)
- 4 cups flour
- 2-1/2 to 3 cups confectioners sugar
