Ingredientes

  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • ½ cup almond flavored tofu (you can also use plain tofu or a banana)
  • Big handful of frozen or fresh strawberries
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • (Add in 1 tbsp of liquid honey for a sweeter smoothie)
