Ingredientes

  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. whipping cream -- divided
  • 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 x chocolate cookie crust for 8" or possibly 9" pie whipped whipped cream optional

Direcciones

  1. In a microwave safe bowl combine the chocolate chips and 1/2 c. of the cream; cook on high for 1 to 2 min, stirring every 30 seconds till smooth. Cold to room temperature. Stir in sugar and vanilla; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, beat the remaining cream till soft peaks form. Mix into the chocolate one third at a time, mix well. Spoon into crust. Chill for at least 3 to 4 hrs. Garnish with whipped cream is desired.
