Receta Chocolate Turtles With Caramel Filling

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. White sugar
  • 2 c. White Karo syrup
  • 1 can (14 ounce.) Eagle Brand
  • 1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter

Direcciones

  1. Cook slow till rolling boil the sugar, Karo syrup and butter, stirring constantly and slowly add in Eagle Brand and cook to 234 degrees. In double boiler, heat on low heat chocolate wafers; coat candy mold with chocolate.
  2. Top with spoonful of caramel; top with nuts, then cover to seal with chocolate. Set in freezer 5 min to set. Take out and serve. Caramel filling and 3 pounds chocolate make 60 turtles.
