Receta Chocolate Zucchini Bread
This is a family favorite that I make every summer when the zucchini is fresh out of the garden. It also freezes well!
Ingredientes
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 2-1/3 c. flour
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. salt
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 3 c. zucchini shredded
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
Direcciones
- Mix together eggs, oil and vanilla. In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Add zucchini and nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
