Ingredientes
- 2 pkt Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese, (8-oz)
- 1 pkt JELL-O sugar-free instant chocolate fudge (4-serving) pudding mix
- 2/3 c. Carnation Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk Pwdr
- 1 c. Cool coffee
- 1 x Keebler chocolate piecrust, (6-oz)
- 3/4 c. Cold Whip Lite
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Pooons unsweetened cocoa Sugar substitute to equal 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Mini chocolate chips, (1/4 oz)
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon till soft. Add in dry pudding mix, dry lowfat milk pwdr, and coffee. Mix well using a wire whisk.
- Spread mix proportionately into piecrust. Chill for about 15 min. In a small bowl, combine Cold Whip Lite, vanilla extract, cocoa, and sugar substitute. Spread mix proportionately over cheesecake filling. Sprinkle chocolate chips proportionately over top. Chill for at least 30 min. Cut into 8 servings.
