Receta ChOkHa
Chokha is a side dish,served with Litti ,the main ingredient is brinjal....little bit spicy semi liquid gravy dish.Some times it is made only with potatoes,but i made it with brinjal...:)
Ingredientes
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil or veg oil
- 3-4 garlic clove
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3-4 green chilies (chopped)or to taste
- 1 big egg plant (Brinjal) (roasted and peeled)
- potato (boiled) ( mashed)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped)
Direcciones
- In a pan heat oil,add garlic and swat for 1 min,add onions swat for a min and put off the flame ,now add remaining things and mix well,and now cook covered for a min,serve hot with hot litti.
- NOTE:If wish one can add 1/4 cup yogurt to enhance the taste.
