Name: Chow Mein Candy Noodles
Ingredients: 2 c. Chow mein noodles -- 3-ounce. Can; 1 c. Nuts -- coarsely minced; 1/3 c. Honey; 1/4 c. Sugar; 2 Tbsp. Margarine; 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract; 1/8 tsp Salt; 6 ounce Butterscotch morsels

Ingredientes

2 c. Chow mein noodles -- 3-ounce. Can
1 c. Nuts -- coarsely minced
1/3 c. Honey
1/4 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Margarine
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Salt
6 ounce Butterscotch morsels

Direcciones

1. Combine noodles and nuts in mixing bowl.
2. Combine honey, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt in small sauce pan and bring to full boil over moderate heat; stir constantly. Remove from heat; add in butterscotch morsels and stir till melted and smooth.
3. Pour over noodles and nuts; mix gently till well coated. Drop by heaping tsp. onto waxed paper on baking sheet.
4. Let stand till set or possibly refrigeratetill hard. If you like, wrap individually in small squares of waxed paper.
