Ingredientes
- 4 x strips bacon - (to 5)
- 1/2 x minced onion
- 1/2 lb minced spinach
- 1 can creamy corn soup
- 1 can crab meat - (6 ounce) Shredded Swiss cheese
Direcciones
- In a large pot, brown bacon. Add in minced onion. Brown well. Drain off most of the fat. Add in spinach which has been rinsed in hot water and well liquid removed. (Press it flat in a colander to drain.) Add in corn soup and crab meat. Simmer gently 5 min, being careful not to let it boil.
- Serve topped with shredded Swiss cheese. With crusty bread and maybe a salad, this makes a wonderful evening meal.
