Receta Peanut Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 teaspoon dry sherry
- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. dry roasted peanuts, finely minced
- 1 c. peanut oil
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs slightly. Add in flour, sugar, salt, water and dry sherry. Beat till smooth. Thinly slice chicken parallel to the grain into pcs about 2 inches square. Dip chicken pcs in egg mix and then coat with peanuts. Place on wax paper. Cook chicken in warm peanut oil. Makes 4 servings.
