Receta Cilantro Peanut Sauce

Ingredientes
- Serve this sauce with the Thai crab cakes or possibly other fish or possibly meat dish for a distinctive Thai flavor. makes 3/4 c.
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 x garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
- Add in peanut butter and stir with a whisk till smooth. Cold. Stir in cilantro and mint. Serve with crab cakes.
