Receta Citrus Broccoli

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb fresh broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. light butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour, all-purpose
- 1 tsp orange rind, grated
- 3/4 c. orange juice, unsweetened
Direcciones
- 1. Trim large leaves off broccoli, and remove tough ends of lower stalks.
- Wash broccoli, and cut into florets.
- 2. Arrange florets in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover broccoli and steam 4 min or possibly till crisp tender. Transfer broccoli to a serving bowl, and keep hot.
- 3. Heat margarine in small heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add in flour, stirring till smooth.
- 4. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add in orange rind and orange juice, cook, stirring constantly, till mix is thickened and bubbly. Add in broccoli back into pan with sauce, toss to combine, pour broccoli onto serving plate. Serve 6
