- 4 pcs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce Japanese bread crumbs
- 2 ounces croutons crushed
- 1/4 ounce Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 ounce Parmesan shaved
- Egg wash as needed
- Flour as needed
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine crouton dust, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheeses.
- Drench chicken breasts in flour and egg wash.
- Lay the chicken breast in the breadcrumb mix, then pat lightly so the breadcrumb mix adheres to the chicken breast.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven till cooked through.
