Receta Claim Jumper's Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce mixed vegetables
- 1/2 ounce extra virgin olive oil
- 2 ounce salsa
- 2 scoop mashed potatoes
- 2 ounce roasted peppers
- 1/8 ounce cilantro
- 2 ounce mixed cheese
- 1 x pork loin
- 3 ounce barbecue sauce
- 1 ounce tortilla strips
- 1 x biscuit
Direcciones
- Steam the vegetables till tender, approximately 2 to 3 min. Heat the oil in a saute/fry pan, add in the vegetables and saute/fry for 15 seconds.
- Add in salsa and saute/fry for another 5 seconds, then place the mix on a large pasta bowl. Add in mashed potatoes, roasted peppers, cilantro and mixed cheese to a mixing bowl and mix with spatula.
- Place potato mix over the vegetables and the pork loin on the lower part of the bowl against the potato mix. Top with barbecue sauce and tortilla strips. Add in the biscuit to the rim of the plate and serve.
