Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 cup flour use 2 cup for a firmer cake
- 2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup strong coffee I use 2 heaping tsp instant coffee
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 9 inch pans by rubbing with butter, sprinkling with flour and tapping out excess.
- In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix together.
- Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat well .
- Batter will be thin.
- Pour into pans and bake for 30-35 min.
- 9X13 pan 35-40 min.
- Cupcakes 20 min.
