Receta Clay Pot Roast Chicken
Ingredientes
- 1 Oven Stuffer (5-6 lbs)
- Seasonings of choice
- Veggies of choice

- Soak bottom and lid for 10 to 15 minutes in cold water. Dry and set aside.
- Season chicken and place in pot. Add any veggies you want. I think I will use celery, onion, garlic and carrots. I'll also add fresh thyme, sage, and rosemary.
- Cover the baker and place in a COLD oven. Turn oven on to 450* and cook for 90 mins.
- Remove the lid from the baker and continue to cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is nicely brown.
- Let chicken rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
