Receta Barbecued Pot Roast

Ingredientes
- 1 x 5 pound pot roast
- 2 med onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. Catsup
- 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Rosemary leaves Potatoes (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Brown roast on all sides in warm oil in large roaster, add in onions and garlic. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Bake at 350 F. for abt. 2 hours. Small peeled potatoes can be placed around at this time if you like. Return to oven and continue to cook aditional hour or possibly till roast is tender.
