Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. Cocoa
  • 4 x Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/3 c. Flour, all-purpose
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Confectioner's sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine granulated sugar and oil in large bowl; add in cocoa, beating till well blended. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking pwdr and salt; gradually add in to cocoa mix, beating well. Cover; chill till dough is hard sufficient to handle, at least 6 hrs. Heat oven to 350 . Grease cookie sheet. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar to coat. Place about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 13 min or possibly till almost no indentation remains when touched lightly and tops are crackled. Cold slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely.
