- 250g self-raising flour
- 1.25mls baking powder
- 2.5mls fine salt
- 25g spelt flour
- 55g cranberries
- 35g dried apricots, sliced
- 25g blanched hazelnuts, chopped
- 15g desiccated coconut
- 85g sugar - I used fructose
- 125g butter, melted
- 125g plain yoghurt
- 1 egg, beaten
