- 3 cups (330 g) cake flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 cups (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 6 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 T lemon zest
- 1 1/2 T grated fresh ginger, optional (I left out)
