  • 2 med Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 med Onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x 17 ounce. Can Whole kernel corn
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Dry marjoram
  • 5 slc Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled Butter or possibly margarine

Direcciones

  1. In medium saucepan combine potatoes, onion, salt and water. Cover and cook till vegetables are tender - about 15-20 min. Stir in undrained corn, lowfat milk, marjoram and a dash of pepper. Heat through.
  2. Serve garnished with bacon bits and a pat of butter or possibly margarine.
