Receta Corned Beef Hash Sandwiches Au Gratin

Ingredientes
- 1 T shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped onion
- 3/4 c. corned beef hash
- 1 T catsup
- 4 slices white bread
- 1/2 c. grated Sharp cheese
Direcciones
- Heat shortening in pan, add in onion and saute for 3 min. Add in hash and catsup, cook for 5 additional min. Toast bread on both sides. Spread each slice of toast with hash. Sprinkle cheese over top. Place on a cookie sheet and toast under a preheated broiler at 400 degrees for 5 min, or possibly till cheese melts. Makes 4 sandwiches.
