Receta Cottage Cheese-Applesauce Waffles

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 T sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. oil">oil or possibly melted oil">oil
- 3/4 c. applesauce
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Add in liquid ingredients to dry ingredients (I fold cottage cheese in last). Stir together till smooth, before cottage cheese is added. I put 1 cup batter in waffle iron for about 5 min. Maybe waffle iron timing will vary. I also cool them completely and freeze them. They freeze well.
