Ingredientes
- 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 2 1/2 c. (13 ounce) cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables, cooked, liquid removed
- 1 c. minced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce) cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (2.8 ounce) French fried onions
- 2 1/4 c. Bisquick biscuit mix
Direcciones
- In greased 8x12 baking dish, put together first four ingredients and 1 cup cheese. Blend soup and 3/4 cup lowfat milk; pour over casserole. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 15 min.Meanwhile, put together biscuit mix, remaining lowfat milk and 1/2 can onions; mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls to create 6 biscuits, around edge of casserole. Bake, uncovered, 15-20 min, or possibly till biscuits are golden. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 2-3 min.
