Receta Cranberry Apple Dessert

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. margarine or possibly butter
- 2 1/2 c. Original Bisquick
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 c. chunky applesauce
- 1 med cooking apple, thinly sliced (1 c.) Sweetened Whipped Cream if you like see recipe below
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350F. Heat margarine in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, in oven.
- Stir Bisquick, sugar and lowfat milk till smooth. Pour batter proportionately into pan. Mix cranberry sauce and applesauce; spoon proportionately over batter. Place apple slices on sauce.
- Bake 50 to 60 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot with Sweetened Whipped Cream. 8 to 10 servings.
- High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375F. Bake 55 to 60 min.
- Sweetened Whipped Cream Directions:To make 1 1/2 c. of Sweetened Whipped Cream, beat 3/4 c. heavy whipping (heavy) cream and 2 Tbsp. granulated or possibly powdered sugar in chilled small bowl with electric mixer on high speed till stiff.

- Variation: Reduced Fat Bisquick can be used in this recipe. Just increase the lowfat milk to 1 3/4 c..
- Did you know Warming leftover whole berry cranberry sauce and serving it over slices of ham or possibly turkey will taste great and add in extra color to a meal.
