Receta Cranberry Banana Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 x egg whites whipped
- 3 Tbsp. applesauce at room temperature
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. Banana mashed (2)
- 1 c. flour sifted
- 1 Tbsp. orange peel grated
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. cranberries minced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven at 350. Prepare muffin (or possibly mini muffin tins) tins with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, applesauce, honey, molasses, orange juice, vanilla, and banana. In another mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and cranberries. Use an ice cream scoop to fill medium muffin tins and bake for 15 min for mini or possibly 20 to 25 min for medium tins.
