Receta Cranberry Sauce Carrot (Any Size)

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Unbleached flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1 c. Brown sugar -- packed
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 c. Applesauce -- at room Temperature
- 4 x Egg whites -- whipped
- 1 c. Whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 c. Carrots -- peeled/shredded
- 1/2 c. Lemon peel -- shredded
Direcciones
- Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and sugars. In another mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, cranberry sauce, carrots, and lemon peel. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just till moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake for 50 to 55 min depending on pan size.
