Receta Creamed Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
- 1 sm. onion, cut into eighths
- 4 green onions, coarsely minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce.) cans no-salt added chicken broth, undiluted
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Combine potatoes, onion, green onions, garlic, and broth in a heavy 3 qt saucepan. Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Process potato mix in batches in container of an electric blender or possibly food processor till smooth.
- Combine pureed mix with lowfat milk and remaining ingredients, stirring till well blended. Reheat soup to serving temperature or possibly cover and chill till chilled.
- Amount 3/4 c.. Exchange: 1 starch, 85 calories.
