Creamy Chicken Divan over Rice Casserole

This was supper tonight and was it ever delicious! I didn't have heavy cream and the closest I could come as a sub was evaporated milk. Can you believe - it was still a "Ten". A great recipe to use up turkey or roast chicken. Loved the flavors and the crunch of the buttered panko crumbs. Great to serve for an everyday meal, or take to a potluck. Thanks for the posting.
