Ingredientes

- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro, roughly chopped
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice (about ½ lime)
- 2 garlic cloves
- ⅛ cup roasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- ⅛ cup olive oil
- 1½ teaspoons. white wine vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- Combine all the ingredients in your blender and puree.
