Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Walnut halves
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream (regular, light or possibly no-fat)
- 1 can (20z) pineapple chunks in in juice, liquid removed
- 2 stalk (1 c.) celery, chop
- 1 med Banana, sliced
- 1 med Papaya, peeled, pitted, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Minced walnuts, if you like
Direcciones
- In large bowl gently toss together all ingredients except chop walnuts.
- Sprinkle with minced. Serve immediately.
- Yield: 6 servings.
