Receta Creamy Leek And Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. leeks, thinly sliced
- 6 med. potatoes, diced
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. chives
Direcciones
- In a large saucepan, combine leeks, potatoes, chicken broth and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Puree mix in a blender or possibly food processor. Return to saucepan. Stir in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and chives. Heat gently. Makes 8 1/2 c.. Preparation time is 20-30 min. Delicious!
