Receta Creamy Orange Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 1/2 ounce. crushed pineapple, liquid removed, save juice
- 3 ounce. pkg. orange Jello
- 3 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 c. heavy cream or possibly 8 ounce. Cold Whip
- 1 grated carrot
- Healthy pinch of salt
Direcciones
- Add in sufficient water to pineapple juice to make 1 c. and bring to boil. Add in Jello and cream cheese. Beat with rotary beater till smooth. Let cold, stirring occasionally. Mix in pineapple, carrots and cream; add in salt, mold and chill. Stir well before it sets.
