  • 1 bunch spinach, stemmed
  • 1 sm. red onion, cut in rings
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp and liquid removed
  • 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 egg, hard boiled (yolk only)

Direcciones

  1. Mix dressing and let sit at least 1 hour before putting on salad. Clean and dry spinach leaves. Tear into bite size pcs and place in salad bowl. Chop up mushrooms; crumble bacon and add in to spinach; toss together. Spread onion rings over top of spinach or possibly minced onions and then add in dressing. Toss again. Sprinkle crumbled egg yolk on top.
