Receta Creamy Whipped Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 8 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1/2 pound grated sharp cheddar
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes with the salt. Mash and mix with 1/2 pint of the whipping cream till thick and creamy. Add in salt and pepper and a sprinkle of the grated cheese. Put in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Layer top with 1/2 pint cream, whipped. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
