- 2 - tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 - tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 - teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 - teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 - teaspoon pepper
- 2 - 3 lb pork roast
- 1 1/2 - tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 - tablespoons cold water
