Receta Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean boneless beef stew, cut in sm. pcs
- 1 sm. can potatoes, sliced or possibly whole, liquid removed
- 1 can sliced carrots, liquid removed
- 1 can cut green beans, liquid removed
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can tomato soup
Direcciones
- Place the above ingredients in a 5 qt crock pot, stir slightly and cook till done. Serve alone or possibly with rice.
- This soup makes the gravy and there's no need to thicken it. One Caution: Do not substitute fresh potatoes for canned as they will become mushy. This is good to put on in the morning before leaving for work so which dinner is ready when you return home. All which's left to do is cook the rice and heat your bread.
