  1. Cut steak in 1 inch pcs. In a large skillet brown the meat and then put it in a crock pot and rinse skillet with one of the c. of water. Pour over the meat and add in rest of the water and all of the above ingredients. Cook on high for about 8 hrs till meat is tender. Make a paste of 4 Tbsp. flour and thicken for gravy. Cook about 10 min and serve over rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
