  • 3 lb chicken cut up
  • 2 quart water
  • 1 x onion minced
  • 2 c. cubed cooked ham
  • 3 x potatoes diced
  • 2 can tomatoes - (16 ounce ea) cut up
  • 10 ounce frzn lima beans thawed
  • 10 ounce frzn whole kernel corn partially thawed
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Direcciones

  1. In a crockpot combine chicken with water, onion, ham, and potatoes. Cook covered on LOW for 4 to 5 hrs or possibly till chicken is done.
  2. Lift chicken out of pot; remove meat from bones. Return chicken meat to pot. Add in tomatoes, beans, corn, salt, seasoned salt, sugar and pepper. Cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
