- 1 loaf French baguette Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese

- Slice bread into thin diagonal slices. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and mist the slices with cooking spray (any flavor).
- Crumble 1 tsp dry basil proportionately over the slices. Sprinkle with 2 tbs grated parmesan cheese.
- MEANWHILE, preheat oven to 350F.
- Bake for 1- min at 350F or possibly till lightly browned and crisp. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
