Receta Crunchy Garden Peas And Green Onions

Ingredientes
- 5 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. Shelled green garden peas
- 3 x Green onions with stems, minced Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 3 tsp Finely minced fresh basil
- 3 Tbsp. Grated imported Parmesan cheese Warm pepper
Direcciones
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan. Add in the peas and green onions and saute/fry 2 to 3 min. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in the optional basil, cheese and/or possibly warm pepper flakes to taste. Cover the pan for 1 minute for young peas, longer for older ones. Serve warm.
