Receta Crunchy Green Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 8 c. assorted greens
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 2 c. green grapes, halved
- 1/3 c. pomegranate seeds
- 3 kiwi fruits, peeled, sliced
Direcciones
- Put all dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake well. Chill.
- Put pecans and sugar in a small skillet, stir over low heat till the sugar melts and coats pecans. Remove nuts from pan and spread on waxed paper.
- Prepare greens and fruits. At serving time combine greens in large bowl. Add in celery, grapes, pomegranate and kiwi. Pour dressing over all and toss well. Add in pecans and serve. 10 c..
