- 3 T butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 egg
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 T vanilla
- 8 servings Equal sweetener
Direcciones
- Cream egg and butter together. Add in sifted dry ingredients minus Nutrasweet. Beat well. Add in applesauce, nuts and raisins. Bake in 8x8 inch pan or possibly 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Poke holes with a nutpick all over cake. Brush warm cake with vanilla mixed with Nutrasweet.
