Receta Crunchy Pea Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt or possibly pwdr
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed
- 3/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced fine
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, blend well lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, sugar, salts and vinegar. Add in peas, chestnuts, green onions, and bacon, coating well. Cover and chill.
