Receta Cubed Steak Italiano
Ingredientes
- 4 beef cubed steaks
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 3 sm. zucchini, cut into julienne strips
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge steaks and brown in oil in large frying pan to desired doneness. Pour off drippings. Combine tomato juice, garlic pwdr, and oregano; pour over steaks. Place zucchini and mushrooms over steaks. Cover tightly and cook slowly 20 min. Sprinkle cheese over before serving.
