Receta Cucumber~Dill~Guacamole Dip
Love this Dip with light tortilla chips! Great for Game Day or anytime!
Ingredientes
- 2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 English Cucumber
- 1/2 Red Onion
- one Jalapeno Pepper
- one minced garlic clove
- dash of black pepper
- Handful of fresh dill (Can use ground dill weed-1-1/4 teaspoons)
Direcciones
- Add avocado flesh into a large bowl, finely dice cucumber, red onion, stir well, add minced garlic, dill, stir well again, remove stem and seeds from jalapeno and dice finely, add pepper, cover the dip and refrigerate at least one hour before serving
