- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup Cupcake Red Velvet wine
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- For the glaze:
- 6 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick salted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup Cupcake Red Velvet wine
