Receta Curried Leek And Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 4 lrg Leeks, washed & sliced
- 12 ounce Potatoes, diced
- 1 pch Arame weed
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 3/4 pt Water
- 1 x Garlic clove Soy sause, to taste
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a soup pot & saute/fry the onion & leeks for 5 min. Add in the potatoes, arame, rosemary, curry pwdr & water. Stir well, bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover & cook for 20 min. Blend till smooth in a blender with the garlic clove & soy sauce. Reheat & serve.
