Receta Curried Rice Salad Ala Constance

Ingredientes
- 1 c. prepared rice
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced fine
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 c. frzn green peas, defrosted
- 1 med. tomato, seeded and minced
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients of dressing in a bowl, blend well, adjust seasonings to taste. Add in dressing to rice and minced vegetables, chill 2 to 3 hrs before serving. (Tastes even better the second day!)
- NOTE: Less or possibly more curry may be used according to individual taste.
