  1. Cut shrimp into bite size chunks; add in green peppers, celery and green onions. Mix remaining ingredients together to make a sauce. Stir sauce into shrimp mix till all shrimp are well coated. Chill for at least 4 hrs before serving. Flavors will blend better during which time and salt and lemon flavors will subside some. Lump crabmeat may be substituted for the shrimp. Serves 4.
