Receta Curried Shrimp Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, chilled
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 4 whole green onions, minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Coarse grnd pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cut shrimp into bite size chunks; add in green peppers, celery and green onions. Mix remaining ingredients together to make a sauce. Stir sauce into shrimp mix till all shrimp are well coated. Chill for at least 4 hrs before serving. Flavors will blend better during which time and salt and lemon flavors will subside some. Lump crabmeat may be substituted for the shrimp. Serves 4.
